Gary Stanford

Gary is a life-long performing artist in musical theater who also has 20 years experience as a Computer Engineer with some of the best known organizations in the high tech world. 

Gary currently runs his own theater arts company - the North California Arts Collective - in which he performs, directs, and choreographs musical productions all around the San Francisco Bay Area. In upcoming production Bright Star with Woodside Musical Theater, he is director/choreographer, and in Sleeping Beauty with Presidio Theater Company, he is Lead Actor/King.

Gary specializes in anti-racism and diversity, and has taught in schools, mental health organizations, and arts organizations on this subject matter.  His accumulated knowledge through life experiences as an African American, and from generational experiences throughout the country (more than 400 years) provides him with a unique expertise and wisdom in his work with both children and adults.
