AUM INSTRUCTORS

Since 1984, Vera has been teaching thousands of children tap, ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and after-school science. She has taught yoga, salsa dancing, chakra meditation, healthy lifestyle strategies via Ayurvedic remedies and Isagenix nutrition to thousands of adults throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Her education includes:

• B. S., Cell and Molecular Biology; minor, Chemistry

• Dance Masters of America, Inc., Certified Instructor

• Global College of Natural Medicine, Certified Nutritional Consultant

• Chopra Center Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Instructor

• Chopra Center Certified Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Instructor

• M. S., Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction

In the spirit of service and fun, Vera currently teaches yoga and salsa dancing at Cañada College in Redwood City.  She enjoys time with family and friends, filled with great food, music, dancing, yoga, and tarot for self-empowerment.
